UK mainland customers (eligible postcodes only*) get free delivery when they spend Β£50 or more (excluding VAT) on their purchase. Orders with free delivery will be sent via our economy service.
*Postal codes from UK Mainland that qualify for our delivery partners' free shipping will be presented to you at checkout.
All prices listed on our website or in our policies are in GBP Sterling.
Delivery times and costs can fluctuate depending on postcode and delivery service; for the most precise estimates, please use the delivery calculator in the shopping cart or on the checkout page.
In the unlikely event of an incorrect pricing in our products, please notify us via email at sales@britishspice.com.
At any time, BritishSpice reserves the right to amend or revamp the corporate policy without prior warning.

Be aware that if your order is too large, it may not fit into your mailbox. To avoid shipment problems, provide an alternate delivery address where someone can receive the package – such as a workplace. We cannot grant refunds for opened items due to the nature of the product unless the product is defective.
BritishSpice cannot guarantee on-time delivery if the customer supplies incorrect shipping details. Any additional shipping costs resulting from inadequate delivery information will be charged to the customer.

Out of Stock Items:

If an item is unavailable, we will contact you with a replacement option or a complete reimbursement. You can be rest assured that you will receive the item you ordered, or, if the item is not available, a suitable replacement or full refund.

UK Delivery Exceptions:

Some postcodes in the UK experience longer than regular delivery times. As such, it may take longer than 24 or 48 hours to receive your order, or the service may not be available. This is accounted for in the estimated delivery time.

Tracking Your Delivery:

You'll be able to monitor your order If you choose a tracked delivery option at checkout. Please click on the link in the order dispatch confirmation email. To get updates by SMS, make sure you've provided your mobile number during checkout. However, not all courier services provide SMS tracking updates.

Late Deliveries (UK):

Customers may receive a refund if their order was delivered late and the delay is deemed unreasonable. Standard delivery services that are not guaranteed are not eligible for refunds..
BritishSpice does not assume responsibility for late deliveries caused by the courier. Unless previously agreed upon in a guarantee contract, we cannot provide compensation or accept culpability. Should a legally binding agreement be desired, this must be arranged no less than two days prior.

Damaged Orders:

Despite our thorough efforts to ensure each order is securely packaged, it is possible for a shipment to be compromised during its transit to the customer.
If your shipment arrives in a damaged condition, reject delivery and get in touch with us right away so we can immediately send you a replacement and report the issue.

Unsuccessful Deliveries:

Our delivery partners have protocols in place to manage undeliverable items. If your package cannot be delivered, a notification card will be left at your address. Follow the instructions on this card to retrieve the parcel or arrange for a new delivery date. Delivery providers may have different holding times for unclaimed packages prior to sending them back to us.
If we don't receive a response within 14 days regarding re-delivery of the order, the parcel will be returned to BritishSpice. We will store the package for 14 days, after which all goods will be returned to stock and your order will be eligible for a refund.

Delivery Destinations:

At present, our international shipping services are unavailable. We anticipate restoring them shortly. We are working hard to offer our services to as many areas as possible.
If you can't locate your delivery spot in the checkout process, please emailΒ sales@britishspice.comΒ for additional information and potential delivery alternatives.
The buyer/customer must confirm that their purchase abides by the applicable custom regulations for the country of delivery. Any extra fees (for example, customs duty) must be covered by the customer upon arrival.

PLEASE NOTE:

If goods do not arrive in satisfactory condition and if you are unable to refuse the delivery then please inform us within 14 days of receiving. Photos of the damage must be provided or the damaged item returned, to be eligible for replacement or refund.
