Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When we will cover the cost of returning the product

We will cover the expense of the return.

  1. If the products are defective or inaccurately described; or
  2. If termination of your agreement is caused by notification of an impending change to the product/terms, incorrect pricing/description, a delay in delivery due to external factors, or your legal right to do so triggered by a fault on our part.

In all other cases, including when you choose to make a change of mind, costs must be paid.

The cost of our collection services.

If you are liable for the cost of returns if we arrange collection of the product; the charge will be dependent on the weight of the product and the collection location, which will be communicated to you beforehand.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment methodΒ in the same way you paid, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How we will provide a refund to you according to our policy.

We can reimburse the cost of the items and shipping you paid for, in the same way you paid. Yet, the amount we pay may be lower as described below.

If you decide to change your course of action, exercising your right to change your mind

  1. We may reduce your refund to account for any decrease in the value of the items, if it was caused by your handling that does not align to store policies. If the refund is given before we can investigate the products, and we learn that the handling did not abide by the rules, you will need to pay back the cost.
  2. The refund for delivery costs will not exceed the cost of the least expensiveΒ delivery option we provide. Should customers opt for a faster deliveryΒ method at a higher cost, the refund amount would be limited to what theyΒ would have payed for the cheaper option.

When you can expect to receive your refund.

We will promptly issue any refunds owed to you. If you are exercising your right to cancel your purchase, then:

a) If we have not provided collection options, you will receive your refund within 14 days once we receive the items back from, or earlier, if you provide the evidence of its return.

b) In all other situations, your refund will be processed within 14 days of your request to cancel your order.
